The Steps for How to Make the Easy Angel Crafts: Folded Paper Angel:
Print the Easy Angel Crafts Folded Paper Angel pattern.
Cut out the angel shape.
Draw around the angel shape on the back of the paper. Draw as many shapes as you want to include in the ornament.
Cardstock takes fewer shapes while thinner paper can take more shapes.
Cut around each of the angel shapes.
For cardstock, bend the shapes in half with the right side inside the bend.
Be careful not to tear the edges especially below the wings.
For thinner paper, fold the angel shapes in half with the right side to the inside.
Make soft folds along the edges, and do not crease the paper.
Measure and cut the yarn for a 12-inch length.
Add glue to one half of one angel.
Match that half to the half of a second angel.
Continue gluing halves of the angel shapes together until the last one.
Fold the yarn in half and position the ends 2 to 3 inches inside the angel shape.
Add glue to the yarn ends and to the angel halves.
Add the last angel shape to the glue, and match the edges.
Make sure the yarn is securely glued.
The folded paper angel is ready to display - just shiny and simple.
Make many angels using different papers and yarns, and make them with different numbers of shapes within each angel.
