Paper - card stock, construction paper or paper heavier than 20 lb. 
Yarn - one piece at 8 inches and one at 10 inches (can also use 1/4-inch wide ribbon) 
Ruler 
Hole punch  
Scissors

Round object 1 to 1 1/2-inch in diameter to use as pattern for halo (for example, a quarter coin) 
Pencil for outlining shapes to be cut 
Binder clip - optional but helpful as extra "fingers"

The Steps for How to Make the Easy Angel Crafts: Paper Strips Angel Ornament:

Mark and cut four strips of paper 1-inch wide.

Cut one strip 12 inches long, two strips 8 inches long and one strip 4 inches long.

If your paper is 8 1/2 by 11 inches, just make the longest strip 11 inches long.

Cut one circle 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. This example uses a 1-inch diameter circle.

Punch holes in both ends of each strip. The holes should be centered across the width and roughly 1/4-inch from the end of the strip.

Use gentle folds rather than firmly creased folds.

Fold again at 3 3/4 inches from each end (or 3 inches from the first fold).

Match the holes in the 12-inch paper strip.
