The Steps for How to Make the Easy Paper Crafts: Five Point Star:
The steps for making the five point star are simple.
Make two concentric circles with the inner circle's radius half of the outer circle's radius.
Next, divide the circle into five equal sections. (A circle consists of 360 degrees. Each segment should have an inner angle of 72 degrees.)
First determine the radius and draw the outer circle.
Divide the radius by two and draw the inner circle.
If you want the inner portion of the star larger, make the inner circle larger.
In the third step, divide the circle into five equal sections.
You can use a protractor to determine a 72 degree angle.
Or, print one of the patterns and use the lines on the pattern to divide your circle into equal sections.
Make sure the center points match before marking your circle.
Begin drawing the lines for the basis of the five point star.
Using the marks, draw a line from the outer circle through the matching point on the inner circle and the to opposite side of the inner circle.
Finish drawing the five lines.
The lines divide the outer circle into five sections and the inner circle into ten equal sections.
In the final step, draw lines from the outer points to the end points on the inner circle.
Each outer point will have two lines going to inner points on either side.
Similarly, each inner point will have two lines coming to it from the outer points on each side.

Of course, some computer programs make perfect stars.
However, sometimes those programs take time to get the size right for the project.
